Made in small batches with organic California-grown ripe black mission figs, our Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar is subtly sweet, earthy, and aroma-rich. It pairs perfectly with our Extra Virgin and Lemon Olive Oils. The base of this California-made vinegar is imported from the Modena region of Italy and mixed with gorgeous California Figs.

It's the ideal topping for fresh greens and goat cheese.  Our favorite is to mix it with Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil and dip it with fresh bread. BEWARE, we guarantee you will eat the entire loaf in one sitting!
